REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
:
Registration must be confirmed by full
payment prior to the event.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank
transfer.
A receipt invoice will be sent as confirmation of
registration and payment.
Bank transfer costs are on the delegates
expenses.
ACCOMMODATION
:
We blocked single rooms for all delegates in the
conference hotels. Furthermore you will find different hotel
possibilities for each conference soon on the separate venue sides.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For
any cancellations received up to 4 month to the conference date, a
cancellation fee of € 50 will be payable.
For cancellations received
between 4 and 2 months prior to the conference date a cancellation fee
amounting to half of the registration fee and hotel booking of the event
will be charged.
For cancellations received from 2 month to the
confernece day the full charge will remain payable.
Cancellations must
be in writing. The date of cancellation is determined by the confirmed
receipt of written cancellation.
